Privacy, terms and disclaimer

Three things, on one page, in plain language.

01

Results disclaimer

While enigmatic technologies, such as remote viewing, are powerful tools that often provide valuable information, they almost never yield results that are 100% accurate. Even when information produced by enigmatic methods is accurate, it may be incomplete or subject to misinterpretation. No person should be accused of wrongdoing or subject to defamatory allegations based on the information received by enigmatic methods. Where information produced and communicated raises an issue of interest or concern, follow-up investigations using independent methods are advised.

02

Privacy

What this site collects. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

If you contact us. The inquiry form asks for your name, your email address, a rough sense of timing and the kind of inquiry. That is all it asks for, deliberately. We use it to reply to you and to arrange a conversation, and we keep it only as long as the inquiry is live or the engagement requires. Inquiry emails from this site are delivered by Twilio SendGrid, our email provider.

If you commission work. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe holds that information under its own privacy terms.

Project material. Material you share with us during an engagement is held confidentially and is not used for any purpose outside that engagement without your written agreement. Anonymized, non-sensitive session data may be used in our own research, subject to the confidentiality terms of the engagement.

What we never do. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people working on your engagement.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contactET@enigmatictechnologies.dev.

03

Terms of use and of engagement

This website. The content here is provided for information. It is not advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us.

Engagements. Work is performed under the terms set out on the engagements page and, for project work, in the written scope agreed before work begins. Where the two differ, the written scope governs.

Payment and refunds. Before work begins, either party may conclude the question is not a fit; payment is then returned less the card processing fee. Once a commission is agreed and tasked, it is not refundable. Project fees are quoted as a single fixed amount and invoiced against the agreed scope.

Nature of the work. Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis. No outcome, accuracy rate or hit rate is warranted. Findings are exploratory and are intended to be used alongside conventional analysis, never as the sole basis for a decision, and never to attribute wrongdoing to any person.

What we do not provide. We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. We do not accept questions that require a guaranteed answer.

Intellectual property. On payment in full, you own the deliverables produced for you. Ownership of a deliverable does not convey any right in the Enigmatic Insights platform, its code, or the methods and analytical workflows used to produce it, which remain the property of Enigmatic Technologies, LLC.

Viewer confidentiality. The identities and personal data of the viewers working on an engagement are confidential and are not disclosed without their consent.

Get in touch

Please don't tell us your problem yet

Send your name, your email and a rough sense of timing. That's all we need, and deliberately so: the less our team knows at the outset, the cleaner the work. A project manager will reply within three business days to arrange a short call, and your question gets shaped there — never in front of the viewers.

If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on that call and there's no charge for the conversation.

Prefer your own email? Write to contactET@enigmatictechnologies.dev
The same rule applies: your name and a rough sense of timing, no details yet.

No details, please. Resist the urge to describe the situation in the message field — there isn't one, on purpose.

We reply within 3 business days.
