About

Navigating uncharted territories

Enigmatic Technologies, LLC was founded on a straightforward observation: traditional analytical frameworks are built for a fraction of reality, and the most ambiguous and urgent problems fall outside it.

We transform latent, non-traditional knowledge into a strategic asset for solving urgent, real-world problems. The work is not a replacement for conventional analysis but a supplement to it — applied where the data runs out, the precedent is missing, or the evidence has gone cold.

Our clients are researchers, agencies, investigators, executives and families. What they have in common is a question that matters and a set of conventional tools that have already been applied.

Mission and vision

Mission

For the benefit of humanity and life on Earth, to promote an understanding and the incorporation of enigmatic technologies into sensing, solutions, strategies and implementation plans addressing a broad array of human, organizational and ecological challenges.

Vision

Solutions that better harmonize humanity’s relationship to the universe.

Founder

Cindy Miller, Ph.D.

Cindy Miller founded Enigmatic Technologies, LLC to apply artificial intelligence to a class of questions conventional analysis cannot reach. Her background is quantitative: a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering, with graduate work in high-energy physics, quantum mechanics, dynamical systems, chaos theory and international relations. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Warwick and at Cambridge University. Her professional career has been technical throughout, including radar research, lead systems engineering on a large multi-site training system, and more than 20 years in federal service.

That training shapes how the company approaches an unconventional field — through measurement, structured protocol and documented method rather than assertion. She designed and built Enigmatic Insights, the platform behind the company’s practice, which manages tasking, session records, judging and AI-assisted analysis across projects and teams. She is also a trained and practicing viewer, having studied across a range of non-local sensing methods.

Cindy is a researcher on two externally funded studies of remote viewing: a structured research program conducted with the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and a Bial Foundation study examining non-local perception and AI. On both, her contribution is human-in-the-loop project management, tasking design and AI-assisted data analysis. She serves on the Board of Directors of the International Remote Viewing Association.

The platform and the research

The platform to make the invisible, visible

Conventional analytics platforms work only on structured data that already exists. Enigmatic Insights was built for the material they cannot touch, and it keeps a record of every step so a finding can be traced back to where it came from.

Multiple overlaid waveform traces, converging and diverging
01

Ingestion

Data from viewers in a variety of formats, suited to each one’s mode of access. Nothing has to be reshaped to fit the system.

02

Hybrid analysis

A proprietary fusion of human cognition and AI analysis, the two run together rather than one deferring to the other. It reduces bias and surfaces non-obvious correlations that neither reaches alone.

Where the capability actually lives
03

Output

Actionable, auditable intelligence — findings you can act on, with a trail back to where each one came from.

A foundation of trust

Our processes are designed to be scalable, repeatable and auditable. Cloud-native on Microsoft Azure for security and scale.

We run our own work on the platform, and so does everyone else. Independent researchers, instructors, project managers and teams run their own projects on it, with their own clients and their own studies.

Client identities are confidential. What we publish is method, study design and results.

Our own research runs there too. Two externally funded studies are underway — one with the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and a Bial Foundation study of non-local perception and AI.

Independent, and intended to stay that way

Enigmatic Insights is independently held and built for the community that uses it, with no investors to answer to and no obligation to anyone else’s roadmap. It grows on the strength of the people who use and support it.

Please don't tell us your problem yet

Send your name, your email and a rough sense of timing. That's all we need, and deliberately so: the less our team knows at the outset, the cleaner the work. A project manager will reply within three business days to arrange a short call, and your question gets shaped there — never in front of the viewers.

If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on that call and there's no charge for the conversation.

The same rule applies: your name and a rough sense of timing, no details yet.

No details, please. Resist the urge to describe the situation in the message field — there isn't one, on purpose.

We reply within 3 business days.

Disclaimer. While enigmatic technologies, such as remote viewing, are powerful tools that often provide valuable information, they almost never yield results that are 100% accurate. Even when information produced by enigmatic methods is accurate, it may be incomplete or subject to misinterpretation. No person should be accused of wrongdoing or subject to defamatory allegations based on the information received by enigmatic methods. Where information produced and communicated raises an issue of interest or concern, follow-up investigations using independent methods are advised.
