A unique approach to increasingly complex challenges

We turn non-traditional sources of knowledge into actionable intelligence — for questions where evidence is lacking and conventional methods are limited.

Where we fit

The world is full of blind spots

Traditional analytical frameworks are built for a fraction of reality, leaving the most ambiguous and urgent problems unsolved. Conventional data analysis excels at structured problems but falters when faced with ambiguity — and that is where progress stalls and opportunities are missed.

We transform latent, non-traditional knowledge into a strategic asset for solving urgent, real-world problems.

Where analysis works

  • Stable inputs and a traceable past
  • Outcomes a model can be trained on
  • Questions the existing data already contains

Where it doesn't

  • Genuinely novel situations with no precedent
  • Information no dataset holds
  • Questions where the usual tools have already been applied
What we take on

Six kinds of questions

We route by the question, not by who is asking. Whatever brings you here — an agency, a university, a board, or a family — find the shape of your problem below.

Any of these can be commissioned as a single question or scoped as a full project. The category decides how the work is tasked; the scale decides what it costs.

How a project runs

Structured projects, not a prescribed method

Our projects are tightly structured. Our sessions are not doctrinaire — viewers work in the way they work best, and the project manager chooses who works on a question based on experience and fit rather than adherence to any single school. The discipline lives in how a project is run: how the question is framed, what the viewers are and aren't told, how results are scored, and how the findings are assembled.

STEP 01

Framing

A project manager works with you to turn a decision into a question that can actually be tasked. You never have to arrive with it already formed.

STEP 02

Tasking and sessions

Viewers generally work without being told the subject, so their impressions aren't shaped by expectation. Two work independently, so their results can be compared rather than pooled.

STEP 03

Analysis and report

Sessions are scored and compared, convergence and divergence identified, and the findings written up and talked through with you.

Engagements

Two ways to work with us

Most of our work is commissioned as a project, scoped to the question. A single question can also be commissioned on its own — useful when you want to see how we work before committing an organization to anything.

For organizations

Project engagements

Most of our work arrives this way: a scoped piece of work with a named project manager, consolidated findings, and a single fixed fee agreed in writing before anything begins.

  • BasicA bounded question, small scope, standard delivery.
  • StandardAn open question requiring more viewers and additional analysis.
  • ComplexAn operational question requiring extended sessions and consolidated findings.

Standard turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks from signature, with expedited delivery available.

Every project includes a project manager, blind viewer protocol, AI-assisted analysis, statistical analysis, a summary report and session data. Projects can also carry critical node analysis, risk analysis and analysis of competing hypotheses. Method, panel size, session depth, number of follow-up questions, analysis and deliverable are set for each project. Full terms and what drives the price.
Scope a project

Ongoing arrangements. For organizations that expect recurring questions, we hold standing capacity and advisory time under a retainer, with projects commissioned against it as they arise. Arranged individually — ask on your first call.

Honest about limits: findings are exploratory, useful alongside analysis rather than instead of it, and never 100% accurate. No outcome or accuracy rate is warranted. If a question isn't a fit, we say so before you pay.

For a single question

Commission a session

One bounded question and one follow-up, run by a project manager with two experienced viewers.

$650one question, plus one follow-up

What you receive

  • A written reportFindings assembled and interpreted, not a pile of notes.
  • Raw session dataThe viewers' own session material, so you can see how the findings were reached.
  • Convergence and divergenceWhere the two viewers agreed, where they didn't, and what that implies about confidence.
  • Emergent dataInformation nobody asked for that surfaced prominently across sessions — sometimes enough to redefine where you should be looking.
  • TrendsSpatial, thematic or chronological patterns running continuously through the data.
Scoped as a project instead: critical node analysis, risk analysis, analysis of competing hypotheses, statistical analysis, monitored sessions, and anything needing more than two viewers.
If you go on to commission a project within 90 days, the $650 comes off the project fee.

The platform behind the practice

The platform to make the invisible, visible

Enigmatic Insights is our own platform. It takes material conventional systems have no way to use, and turns it into something you can act on — and, just as importantly, something you can audit afterwards.

01

Ingestion

Data from viewers in a variety of formats, suited to each one's mode of access. Nothing has to be reshaped to fit the system.

02

Hybrid analysis

A proprietary fusion of human cognition and AI analysis, the two run together rather than one deferring to the other. It reduces bias and surfaces non-obvious correlations that neither reaches alone.

Where the capability actually lives
03

Output

Actionable, auditable intelligence — findings you can act on, with a trail back to where each one came from.

A foundation of trust

Our processes are designed to be scalable, repeatable and auditable. Cloud-native on Microsoft Azure for security and scale.

We run our own work on it, and so does everyone else. Independent researchers, instructors, project managers and teams run their own projects on the platform, with their own clients and their own studies.

Client identities are confidential. What we publish is method, study design and results.

Our own research runs there too. Two externally funded studies are underway — one with the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and a Bial Foundation study of non-local perception and AI.

Independent, and intended to stay that way

Enigmatic Insights is independently held and built for the community that uses it, with no investors to answer to and no obligation to anyone else's roadmap. It grows on the strength of the people who use and support it.

Get in touch

Please don't tell us your problem yet

Send your name, your email and a rough sense of timing. That's all we need, and deliberately so: the less our team knows at the outset, the cleaner the work. A project manager will reply within three business days to arrange a short call, and your question gets shaped there — never in front of the viewers.

If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on that call and there's no charge for the conversation.

The same rule applies: your name and a rough sense of timing, no details yet.

No details, please. Resist the urge to describe the situation in the message field — there isn't one, on purpose.

We reply within 3 business days.
